Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a small team on site, delivering friendly, high-quality guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will participate in administrative tasks and equipment checks while coaching team members for growth.

Expect 35–45 hours per week with competitive hourly pay and weekly commissions. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous development within the company.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
