Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare for success in store management.
• Hire, manage, and direct team members to support store performance and guest satisfaction.
