Job summary

Circle K in Chanhassen, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. You will support the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, assist with hiring, supervise staff, and ensure daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising are completed.

Qualifications

Retail experience preferred.
Supervisor or management experience preferred.
Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills desired.
Experience handling food is a plus.
High School/College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
Help hire, supervise and work with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Execute the food program standards and set a good example for the team.
