Qualifications

• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Model and lead a customer-first selling culture by driving engagement, loyalty initiatives, visual standards, and brand values.
• Analyze business trends using available reporting to identify opportunities and take action.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performance team aligned with company values through training and recognition.
• Plan for and execute daily business tasks and duties as directed by the Store Manager.
• Utilize company tools to ensure team execution of key functions and loss prevention policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment through ongoing safety training and accountability.
