Job summary

Shoe Palace in Las Vegas is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the sales team, drive daily performance, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.

You will assist the store manager, coach associates, monitor operations, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, and keep the store clean and organized.

Requirements include 4 years in customer service, weekend open availability, and prior leadership or cashier experience; compensation is hourly.

Qualifications

• 4 years of customer service experience (minimum).
• Leadership or cashier experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Compensation:
