Soma is seeking an Assistant Manager in Scottsdale to support the Store Manager in leading a team and delivering a seamless customer experience. You will foster a welcoming environment and drive hospitality-driven service aligned with Soma’s brand standards.

Leverage your 3+ years in retail leadership to motivate staff, manage inventory, and execute store initiatives. This role emphasizes community engagement and in-store events, with opportunities for advancement across our brands.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Able to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
