Job summary

Five Guys Germany GmbH is seeking a Shift Manager (f/m/d) to lead a busy team at our new location, including on an army base project. You will be responsible for keeping the shift running smoothly, ensuring hygiene and quality, and delivering excellent service.

You will mentor staff, participate in order preparation when needed, and support a collaborative, open culture with flat hierarchies. A permanent contract with onboarding and growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or similar field.
• Friendly attitude and strong teamwork.
• First experience leading a team of 5+ people.
• Comfortable with shift work and weekends.
• Fluent English skills; German basics helpful.
• Clear criminal record to support ID process.
