Position overview: We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to support daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and assist in managing staff and inventory. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle cash management, prepare daily sales reports, and make bank deposits.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise and fuel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, professionally resolving issues.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store and ensure proper maintenance of equipment.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.

Skills & Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Retail experience desired; training experience preferred
• Must be able to open and close stores across Sunday through Saturday schedule
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS
• Basic math and computer skills
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to manage tasks and work with the team to accomplish goals
• Customer- and employee-focused approach
• Ability to learn about and train on products available in stores
• Ability to maintain composure with difficult customers
• Ability to adjust schedule, tasks, and priorities as needed to support business needs
• Must have a safe driving record and be willing to submit to MVR monitoring
• Possess a valid Utah Driver's License

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
