Seeking a full-time Resident Manager to join our team at Hawks Ridge Apartments (228 units), in Happy Valley, OR. Hawks Ridge is a beautiful apartment community and we offer spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes with great finishes. The community is conveniently located near the heart of Happy Valley, close proximity to shopping, restaurants. As Assistant Manager, you will greet visitors to the community, provide information about the property and engage in leasing activities. Your attention to detail assists you as you explain rental agreements and move-in packages. You will use Yardi & Tenant Tech to enter data and to assist in producing accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. You must be one who gets great satisfaction from making sure that all resident issues are resolved in a professional and friendly manner.
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the success of the property and supervises office and assists the Resident Manager in overseeing the staff an community on their days off. They are responsible for adhering to and enforcing company policy & procedures and consistently acting in the best of Carla Properties Ltd. The Assistant Manager's specific duties may vary from site to site, depending on the property's requirements and the size of the staff.

QUALIFICATIONS Applicants should have 3+ years of prior leasing experience & 2+ years of prior Assistant Manager experience. Skills required for the position include :
WORK SCHEDULE This is a full-time position that requires working on the weekends, the work week is 39.5 hours, work schedule is Tuesday - Saturday with Sun / Mon as the days off. Working hours Tuesday - Friday; 9am - 6pm, and Saturday 9am - 5pm, with the days off as Sun / Mon (39.5 hrs / week).
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Monthly salary range : $4,500 - $5,200 + commissions, DOE At Carla Properties, we offer an excellent benefits package including paid medical insurance, optional dental insurance, paid holidays, sick & vacation time, 401k with employer $ for $ (up to 4%) and immediate vesting. Other benefits include employer paid Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Group Life Insurance w / Accidental Death coverage.
