Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Elk Grove, California. You will help run a single store, hire and lead associates, and drive toward financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership training program of 3 or more weeks to prepare for success.
