Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or similar.
• Reliable attendance history.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable using POS systems, email, and basic computer tools.
• Professional communication skills.
• Desire to grow into a General Manager role.
• Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
