Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant management experience (2+ preferred).
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to stand for long periods.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop and coach team members.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Open and close the store; follow opening/closing procedures.
• Manage scheduling and staffing levels.
• Ensure food safety standards are met.
• Oversee inventory and ordering processes.
• Fill in for the Manager as needed; assist in training.
