Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop and coach the team and maintain performance.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere.
• Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Open/close the store and manage daily operations.
• Handle scheduling and inventory tasks.
• Uphold food safety and quality standards.
• Fill in for the Manager as needed and assist training.
