AHRC New York City is seeking a Residential Assistant Manager to support the Residence Manager in overseeing our Queens ICF and IRA Group Home operations. You will help supervise direct support staff, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and contribute to a safe, respectful living environment for residents.

AHRC NYC is looking to hire multiple Residential Assistant Managers for their Queens ICF and IRA Group Home residences. The Residential Assistant Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Residence Manager and other management team members in overseeing all aspects of operation for the community residential program to which he/she is assigned.
Compensation package: $45,150-$50,400 per year depending on residence placement. In addition, you will receive a $750 bonus which becomes part of your base salary upon completion and passing of AHRC NYC's Defensive Driving class, if driving is required and overtime is available when warranted. one weekend day each week is required, with two consecutive days off each week, either Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon. The rest of the weekly schedule is a combination of day and evening shifts, with NO Overnights.
