Shoe Palace Corporation is seeking a capable Associate Manager to lead store operations, coach team members, and ensure an outstanding customer experience daily. You’ll take ownership of the location and help drive sales while modeling company values.

You'll manage performance, maintain product knowledge, and keep the store clean and organized. Open availability on weekends and prior retail or customer service experience are preferred to thrive in our dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old.
• OPEN AVAILABILITY DURING THE WEEKENDS.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.
• Be a dynamic and outgoing individual with leadership skills.
• Must be driven.
• Experience in selling athletic shoes a plus.

• Does talking to everyone just come naturally? Awesome! It would be great but not completely necessary to have... Experience in selling Athletic Shoes a plus.
