Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team, supporting a profitable business by creating genuine customer connections, fostering loyalty, and engaging with the community. You will provide coaching and feedback to team members and collaborate with your leadership team to drive business success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create personalized connections with customers to promote loyalty and excitement for the brand.
  • Observe and assist associates on the sales floor to enhance customer interactions.
  • Lead fit sessions to improve product knowledge and style enthusiasm.
  • Share actionable feedback with associates to improve sales outcomes.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals and customer expectations.
  • Manage the selling floor, ensuring optimal staffing and coverage.
  • Step in for other managers when needed.
  • Plan and execute local community events to increase traffic and sales.
  • Act in alignment with company values.
