Job summary

Tilly's, Inc. in Victor, NY is seeking an Assistant Manager to join the Store Management Team and deliver an amazing Tillys Experience for every customer. You will model exemplary service, supervise store operations, and help hire, train, and develop a strong team of Associates.

You'll ensure smooth daily execution, create a welcoming store environment, and lead by example in leadership, communication, and teamwork to drive sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced retail setting.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. Hourly Salary Range: $17.50 - $19.50

Offer placement within this range is dependent on a variety of factors, including prior relevant experience, skill set, store volume and location.
