Tillys is seeking an Assistant Manager at the Barton Creek Square location in Austin, TX. You will work with the Store Management Team to ensure customers receive an amazing Tillys Experience, modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors.

You will be involved in hiring, training and developing a strong team of associates, ensuring smooth store operations, and creating a positive store environment to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
