World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead a dynamic team and drive sales and profitability through effective store logistics and customer-first service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to plan freight processing, maintain stockroom standards, and ensure safety and operational discipline across daily activities.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to coach associates in real time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

All associates earn paid sick leave.In addition, Full time associates receive vacation and paid holidays.
