Job summary

World Market is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store logistics and drive sales profitability. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop a high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and execute daily priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coordinate freight processing, loss prevention, inventory initiatives, and safety training while delivering great customer experiences. Night/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment.
• Ability to deliver results in customer experience and operations.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance team in store logistics and freight flow.

All associates earn paid sick leave.In addition, Full time associates receive vacation and paid holidays.
