Ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail management, is 21 or older, holds a valid driver's license, and has a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee daily operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are followed.
