  • Monitor financial performance, including labor costs and variances
  • Participate in management teams and work towards hotel service standards
  • Supervise at least two full-time employees and have authority to hire or fire

  • Supervise staff and have hiring/firing authority

Other Duties

  • Qualifications: BS/BA preferred, Serve Safe Certification required, minimum five years of food & beverage experience including two in management, culinary experience a plus
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee all Food & Beverage staff
  • Physical Demands: Customer service skills, lifting, speaking, listening, moving about
  • Training: Complete all required training on time
  • Decision Making: Comply with laws and company policies in service
  • Financial Responsibilities: Handle money and assets securely
  • Communication: Professional English communication skills
  • Work Environment: Professional, clean, respectful
