- Assist with menu design and concepts alongside the Executive Chef

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Schedule staff effectively and provide support and development opportunities
- Monitor financial performance, including labor costs and variances
- Participate in management teams and work towards hotel service standards
- Supervise at least two full-time employees and have authority to hire or fire

- Monitor financial performance and report variances

- Supervise staff and have hiring/firing authority
Other Duties
- Qualifications: BS/BA preferred, Serve Safe Certification required, minimum five years of food & beverage experience including two in management, culinary experience a plus
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee all Food & Beverage staff
- Physical Demands: Customer service skills, lifting, speaking, listening, moving about
- Training: Complete all required training on time
- Decision Making: Comply with laws and company policies in service
- Financial Responsibilities: Handle money and assets securely
- Communication: Professional English communication skills
- Work Environment: Professional, clean, respectful
