Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team as a full-time or part-time permanent position. You will lead shift teams, control costs, manage inventory and cash, and uphold excellent customer relations every shift.

You will supervise 3 to 30 employees, set the store tone, ensure consistent product quality, and deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining a clean, professional storefront.

Qualifications

• You will need judgement, math and the ability to multi-task.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or food service is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including phone orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Make fast, accurate products following recipes and portion sizes.
• Deliver product safely from store to customer.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain professional appearance per grooming standards.
