Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin. You will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and supervise associates, and drive guest satisfaction to ensure the best possible experience for every guest.

A three or more week store leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success, with mentorship and support from our Panda community that cares about your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
