Holiday Stationstores Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 2746090 in Elk River, MN. You will assist the Store Manager with daily station operations, staff oversight, hiring, supervising and merchandising to deliver fast, friendly service.

You will maintain high standards, manage bookkeeping, training, and scheduling, and help drive customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership, reliability and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred or in supervisory role.
• Supervisor or management experience required.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring skills are a plus.
• Experience handling food is beneficial.
• High School/College Degree(s) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and coordinating staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers; ensure regular onsite attendance.
• Support execution of the food program and lead by example with urgency, patience and leadership.
