Qualifications

• At least 1 year of fitness sales experience.
• Ability to work with membership sales and personal training teams.
• Excellent communication with members and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stretch Director and Stretch Manager in onboarding Stretch Trainers.
• Oversee building maintenance and ensure club cleanliness.
• Develop Stretch Trainers through monthly Coaching Plans.
