Job summary

Atlas Grove Partners, a Portland, OR-based investment management firm, seeks an Assistant Manager to support operations and assist senior management with strategic initiatives. The role is full-time and located at our headquarters in Portland.

You will help prepare and distribute reports, coordinate cross-departmental activities, and organize meetings and events while maintaining operational records. A BA/BS and 3+ years in a managerial/admin role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or administrative role.
