Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA accommodation considerations and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda Express store and drive financial and guest experience goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to ensure store success.
• Provide leadership and participate in leadership training programs.
