Panera Bread Troy is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a bakery-cafe to success. You will support the GM in operations, customer experience, and profitability while owning people responsibilities like coaching, developing, and leading the team.

Qualifications

• You enjoy people and have great communication skills.
• You can work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• You’re interested in working toward a General Manager position and/or you want to learn, grow, and expand your career.
• You have 1-2 years of restaurant or retail supervisory experience.
• You have reliable transportation (valid license & insurance is a plus).
