Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager in Bellevue, WA to help run a Panda Express store and lead a team toward financial goals and exceptional guest service. The role includes a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare you for success.

You will be responsible for hiring, training, and directing associates while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and guest experiences meet Panda standards. This full-time position requires flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare for store leadership.
