Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations, hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. We provide a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

You will open/close shifts, coach team members, ensure food safety, and drive guest satisfaction with opportunities for growth into store management and leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
