Qualifications

• Willingness to work at a Panda Express within 50 miles of the location.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and manage/direct associates to hit financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Support the store with a leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
• Collaborate with store leadership to hire, train, and develop team members.
