Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store in Houma, LA. You will hire, coach and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet financial goals.

You will undergo a multi-week leadership training program and receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan with company match. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide hands-on leadership training and support to store team members.
