Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Clyde, OH, is looking for an Assistant Manager to help oversee daily store operations and support the Store Manager in delivering excellent service. This full-time position offers flexible shifts and a clear path for growth.

You will participate in hiring, training, and supervising staff, manage bookkeeping and merchandising, and ensure our standards stay high while customers receive fast, friendly service. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, and/or supervisor or management experience.
• Experience handling food is a plus.
• Recruiting and interviewing skills are beneficial.
• High School or College Degree(s) required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with oversight of the Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Execute the company food program standards.
• Set a positive example for staff through urgency, patience and leadership.
