Prospective candidates should have at least 1 year of restaurant management experience and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of restaurant management experience or higher.
• Serve Safe Certification required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and maintain a schedule.
• Knowledge of inventory management and online platforms for hiring.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, develop and coach the team.
• Operate in a fast-paced team driven atmosphere.
• Interface with guests to provide an exceptional experience.
• Open and close the store and manage scheduling.
• Ensure food safety and train staff on procedures.
• Fill in for the Manager when needed and assist in training.
