Domino's Pizza in Brockton is hiring immediately for Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team. You will oversee shift operations, support Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, and help set the store's tone.

This role requires leadership, solid math and multitasking, and a commitment to guest satisfaction. You’ll manage 3–10 staff, handle cash, inventory, and ensure cleanliness and professional grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to manage 3–10 employees per shift.
• Ability to handle cash and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 10 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with recipes and procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance per Grooming Standards.
