Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Able to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure environments.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years of driving experience if under 19 or 1 year if 19 or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory control and cost management.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the store manager in implementing company policies, procedures and promotions.
• Participate in team member training and development programs.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in financial reporting, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and make quick, sound decisions during busy periods.
