MBR Management, a Domino’s Franchise in Wentzville, MO, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and drive customer satisfaction. You’ll supervise staff, manage scheduling, ensure food safety, and support sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high product quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the store manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and promotional initiatives.
• Participate in team member training and development programs.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in financial reporting, including cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and make quick, sound decisions during busy periods.
