Job summary

MBR Management, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Lindell Blvd location in St. Louis. You will help oversee daily operations, motivate staff, deliver excellent customer service, and manage inventory in a fast-paced environment.

We offer flexible scheduling (full- and part-time), competitive wages, 1 week of PTO, mileage reimbursement, employee discounts, and training with potential advancement to franchise ownership. Prior food service or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer service orientation with focus on exceptional experiences.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and POS systems.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years experience if under age 25, or 1 year if 25 or older.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with St. Louis area and local customer preferences a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous food service or retail experience advantageous.
