You will handle cash, train staff, maintain a clean environment, and drive sales performance while collaborating with the store manager to implement policies. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in food service or retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cash handling and basic math.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food safety certification preferred.
