You will assist the Store Manager with hiring, supervision, bookkeeping and merchandising, while ensuring friendly service and consistent standards. This full-time role requires evening and weekend availability, offers comprehensive benefits, training, and growth opportunities, and pays $15.00–$19.00 per hour with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Retail or convenience store supervisory experience preferred.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring skills preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Strong planning, organization and leadership capabilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Help with hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
