Villa Restaurant Group in Corpus Christi is hiring an Hourly Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced team. You'll support the General Manager, supervise staff, and uphold guest service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick service preferred).
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality service.
• Train and develop employees to meet company standards.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment.
