Circle K is seeking an Assistant Manager in Traverse City, MI to support Store Manager with station operations, staffing, bookkeeping and merchandising. The role requires leadership, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain our high standards while delivering fast, friendly customer service.

You will contribute to the food program, mentor staff, and demonstrate urgency, patience, and strong leadership.

Competenze

• Retail experience preferred.
• Supervision/management experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting/hiring/interviewing candidates.
• Experience handling food or food programs desirable.
• High school or college degree(s) required or preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations and daily tasks.
• Help with hiring, supervising and staff workload, bookkeeping and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly service to customers; ensure regular onsite attendance.
• Execute our food program to the standards set by the store.
