This full-time/part-time role involves supervising 3 to 30 employees per shift, managing all store operations, handling customer service, deliveries, and cash control, and ensuring quality and cleanliness across the restaurant.

You will set the tone for the shift, model outstanding customer service, and maintain grooming and professional appearance in line with Domino's standards.

Qualifications

• Must supervise 3–30 employees per shift.
• Responsible for all store operations during the shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
• Ensure products are prepared accurately and to recipe standards.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile and answer the phone.
• Operate the cash register and collect payments.
• Make fast, accurate products following portions and recipes.
• Deliver products by vehicle safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness from front to back of the store.
• Maintain professional appearance per grooming standards.
