Domino's Team BAM! in Las Cruces, NM seeks a motivated individual to support the store's General Manager in daily operations. You will supervise staff, maintain cleanliness, and help manage inventory and deliveries to ensure top service and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Previous fast-service or management experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards.
• Efficient employee supervision.
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment.
• Rotating commissary deliveries.
• Other job duties, as needed.
