Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of restaurant experience as a Shift manager or assistant manager.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• ServSafe or Prometric/NEHA Certification.
• Customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience in fast food is preferred; college degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead food service operations and assist the General Manager.
• Direct team members to achieve goals and handle orders accurately.
• Train staff, ensure policies are followed, and assist in hiring.
• Count cash from registers and manage inventory and orders.
• Keep the restaurant clean and sanitized according to standards.
• Review timecards and manage labor within parameters; coach and develop staff.
