Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• No formal education required.
• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operating Partner and management team in overseeing daily restaurant functions
• Help recruit, train, and guide team members to deliver excellent service
• Respond to guest feedback and ensure a welcoming, professional dining experience
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and support financial reporting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
