Windsor Fashions is seeking an Assistant Manager in Folsom, CA to join our store leadership team. You will support the Store Manager in driving productivity, sales, payroll and expenses, and coach a team of Stylists while delivering an omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.

You will help identify and develop talent, organize daily operations, and embody Windsor values with integrity. You lead by example and promote a culture of recognition, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Formación

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening and closing the store.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and oversee daily operations on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach a team of Stylists (up to 25 people) to deliver excellent customer service.
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers and uphold Windsor standards.
• Support talent acquisition and onboarding, building a strong talent pool.
• Maintain Windsor merchandising directives and visual guidelines in store.
