This role blends business strategy with people management, including staffing, training, and floorset execution to maintain a compelling brand experience. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience or a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to coach others in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others, balance multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom operations with focus on customer service and smooth store processes.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales through styling and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and culture.
