KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager in Evansville, IN to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, mentor associates, and help recruit and develop talent, while driving operational excellence and fiscal discipline.

The role emphasizes hospitality, decisive leadership, and a data-driven approach to improve results and store performance. Opportunities for bonuses and advancement are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitaility mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
